  • Lost two-factor authentication codes and I know my password

  • Lost two-factor authentication codes and I don’t know my password

Lost password

If you’ve lost your password, you can restore access to your Luno account by clicking on the forgot password link. We’ll email you with a special link that lets you create a new password.

If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be asked to enter your six digit code. If you don’t have access to your two-factor authentication codes, see the rest of this article below for instructions.

Lost two-factor authentication codes and I know my password

If you know your password but have lost your two-factor authentication codes (this includes losing the authenticator application or the 6-digit codes not working for any reason), you can request an automated two-factor authentication reset.

For details on this, please see this page.
