What is leverage?
Leverage means trading with borrowed funds to open a position larger than your own money would allow. A small amount of capital can control a much bigger trade.
The risk
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, so a modest price move against you can wipe out your stake quickly. It is a high-risk tool that requires careful risk management.
