PT Luno Indonesia Ltd (“Luno”), has agreed to offer a priority programme for Luno customers (“Luno Priority”). Without limiting the applicability of Luno’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the general Rewards and Promotions Rules, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when participating in Luno Priority (the “Rules”).
1. Luno Priority details
Customers who meet the Eligibility criteria below may enjoy premium service, a priority dashboard, cashback, or such similar benefits as Luno may determine at its sole discretion, and in accordance with predetermined benefit levels (the “Benefits”). Any reference to a “transaction” or “transactions” in these Rules or in Luno Priority excludes transactions which take place on the Luno Exchange as well as the automated rule-based rebalancing of the Luno Large Cap bundle.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to Luno customers situated within Indonesia and who are compliant with Luno’s Terms of Use. Customers with a minimum total monthly transaction value of IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) are eligible to participate in Luno Priority. Monthly transaction value will be calculated from the first day until the last day of each calendar month.
3. Benefit conditions
The Benefit conditions are specified in Luno Priority. For example, cashback benefits are only available to Platinum and Diamond status customers, and may be up to 0.18% of the value of a customer’s total transactions for the relevant month. Where cashbacks are received in the form of vouchers or promo codes, these may be redeemed only once and cannot be transferred, sold or ceded to someone else. Benefits may only be available for a specified period of time, which would be communicated to qualifying customers in Luno Priority or via email.
4. Subject to change
Luno reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, adjust or amend Luno Priority at any time.
