Luno (Pty) Ltd ("Luno") is running a competition (the "Competition"). Without limiting the applicability of Luno's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the general Rewards and Promotions Rules, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when participating in the Competition (the "Rules"). You agree to accept any decision made by Luno in terms of these Rules as final and binding.

Competition Details

Members of the public, whether or not they are Luno customers, stand a chance to win tickets to see a Bulls rugby match live at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria. The Competition will run over three matches spanning three weekends in October, each with its own challenge and corresponding entry method (the "Game Challenge"), announced on the Luno Global X account. For each match, 20 winners will be selected after the conclusion of the Game Challenge.

Competition Period

The Competition will run from 12 October 2026 until 28 October 2026 (the "Competition Period").

Eligibility criteria

The Competition is open to everyone, not only Luno customers. You do not need to be a Luno customer or hold a Luno account to enter or win. The competition is limited to South African residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of Luno or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible to enter this Competition.

Competition Prize

Entrants who meet all the requirements stipulated in these Rules stand a chance to win tickets to a Bulls rugby match at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria. Each winner will win a pair of stand tickets, with seats allocated by Luno, to the match for which they entered, being one of the three upcoming Bulls rugby matches (17 October 2026; 24 October 2026; or 31 October 2026) (each a “match” or collectively “the matches”). The tickets cannot be exchanged for a different rugby match. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be refunded, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product. The winner may only win 1 prize in terms of this Competition.

Participation Conditions

To participate in the Competition, you are required to:

• Follow the Luno_Global account on X; and

• Follow the entry method and criteria posted for that Game Challenge to enter the Competition. Each Game Challenge will be announced on the Luno Global account on X. Each of the three Game Challenges will end at 12:00 pm on 14 October 2026 (Vodacom Bulls vs Stade Francais), 12:00 pm on 21 October 2026 (Vodacom Bulls vs Ulster) and 12:00 pm on 28 October 2026 (Vodacom Bulls vs Scarlets), respectively, and entries must be made before then.

Entry is free and you may enter for each match date only once (e.g. one entry for the 17 October match, one entry for the 24 October match and one entry for the 31 October match, thus totalling a maximum of three entries). Late, edited-after-the-end or private-account entries are invalid. Entries must not include prices, financial advice, names of specific crypto assets or personal information about anyone else, and entries that do so will be disqualified.

Selecting winners

Participating in the Competition in the manner set out above will automatically enter you into the draw for that match. After the challenge for each match ends, 20 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for that match. If fewer than 20 valid entries are received, Luno may award fewer than 20 prizes. By entering, you agree to be named by your X handle if you win.

Contacting Winners

Winners will be announced by their X handle on the Luno Global account on X, and contacted directly via direct message on X, within 1 working day of the end of the relevant Game Challenge, or such further period as Luno may require. Luno is not liable for any winner’s failure to receive notices for any reason whatsoever. Should you be selected as a winner, you may be required to complete a competition release form prior to receiving the prize. If a winner’s identity cannot properly be verified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 working day via direct message on X, the relevant prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Luno will only contact winners from the Luno Global account and will never ask for payment, passwords or wallet details.

Awarding the prizes

Prizes will be delivered to you as ticket images by direct message on X within 1 working day of the winner being announced, or such further period as Luno may require. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or ceded to someone else and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. Winners may bring one guest and must follow the venue’s rules and ticket terms. If a match is postponed, the tickets remain valid for the new date set for that match; if a match is cancelled in its entirety, the tickets are forfeited, and no alternative prize is offered.

Subject to change

Luno reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, adjust or amend the Competition at any time.

Own risk

To the extent permitted by law, Luno does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by the entrants or winners of the Competition or any third parties arising out of or in connection with entering the Competition, accepting the Prize or attending the match.

Personal information

Any personal information provided to Luno for purposes of this Competition (for example your name and X handle) will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with South African law and any disputes arising from the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
