Luno Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Luno”) and BigLife Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”), in affiliation with AirAsia, have agreed to offer a promotion to Luno customers (the  “Promotion”) as well as the chance to win a travel prize (the “Travel Prize”). Without limiting the applicability of Luno’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the general Rewards and Promotions Rules, to participants who sign up to Luno, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when participating in the Promotion and Travel Prize (the “Rules”). You agree to accept any decision made by Luno in terms of these Rules as final and binding. 

1. Promotion Details

Luno customers who meet the Eligibility criteria below will be able to purchase Bitcoin Vouchers on the AirAsia Move app using AirAsia points.

2. Bitcoin Vouchers

All new and Eligible Luno customers will receive Bitcoin to the value of RM25 when they make their first purchase of Bitcoin to the value of RM100.

• All Eligible Luno customers may purchase Bitcoin Vouchers to the value of RM50 and RM100.

• Return / Refunds: The Bitcoin Voucher may not be returned or refunded.

• Limitation of Use: The Bitcoin Voucher may only be used to redeem Bitcoin using Luno’s Instant Buy / Sell product. Limited to 1 voucher per customer only.

• Expiry: Once purchased, the Bitcoin Voucher must be redeemed on the Luno App within four (4) calendar days and before this Promotion ends on 15 July 2025. Any Bitcoin Vouchers not redeemed within this period will expire.

• Limitation of liability: Luno is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of the Bitcoin Voucher or if the Bitcoin Voucher is redeemed without the customer’s permission. Luno shall not be liable for any Bitcoin Vouchers that have exceeded the expiry period.

3. Travel Prize

By purchasing a Bitcoin Voucher, Luno customers also stand a chance to win AirAsia points (the “Travel Prize”) to redeem on the AirAsia MOVE app. Luno will select three Luno customers who have redeemed the Bitcoin Voucher as winners of the Travel Prize, as follows: 

• 1st place: 500,000 AirAsia points;

• 2nd place: 375,000 AirAsia points; and

• 3rd place: 125,000 AirAsia points. 

4. Eligibility

Participation in the Promotion and Travel Prize is limited to Luno’s customers who are resident in Malaysia. This includes existing customers and new customers who have signed up for an account during the Promotion Period. All customers must have verified their identity to at least level 3 and must otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in section 3 of Luno’s  Terms of Use (“Participants”). Participants will be excluded from the Promotion and Travel Prize if (i) they participate in the Promotion using fake or fraudulent details (ii) they have won a prize in the past 12 months during any previous contests, promotion or referral competition run by Luno.

5. Participation Conditions

To participate in the Promotion and Travel Prize you are required to:

• Be a verified Luno customer in Malaysia.

• For existing Customers: Enter the voucher promo code in the Rewards section of the Luno app. This voucher code must be used within four (4) calendar days of purchase and before the Promotion ends on 15 July 2025. 

• For new Customers: Create a Bitcoin wallet and then select BUY BITCOIN. Once you have purchased Bitcoin to the value of RM100, enter the voucher code in the Rewards section of the Luno app. This voucher code must be used within four (4) calendar days of purchase and before the Promotion ends on 15 July 2025. 

• Stand a chance to win a Travel Prize once the Promotion ends on 15 July 2025. 

6. Selecting Winners

Participating in the Travel Prize in the manner set out in paragraph 6 above will automatically enter you into the draw. Three (3) winners will be selected by Luno from the Eligible participants, as follows:

• 1st place: For the 51st eligible customer who redeemed Voucher 3 on AirAsia MOVE app and applied the voucher promo code on the Luno app.

• 2nd place: For the 101st eligible customer who redeemed Voucher 2 on AirAsia MOVE app and applied the voucher promo code on the Luno app.

• 3rd place: For the 101st eligible customer who redeemed Voucher 1 on AirAsia MOVE app and applied the voucher promo code on the Luno app.

7. Announcing Winners

Winners may be announced across any of Luno’s social media pages including Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter, but Luno is not obliged to do so. If you are selected as a winner, you agree to Luno publishing your name in this manner.

8. Contacting Winners

Winners will be contacted directly via email within 2 weeks of the winner selection. Luno is not liable for any winner’s failure to receive notices for any reason whatsoever. Should you be drawn as a winner, you may be required to complete a competition release form prior to receiving the prize. If a winner’s identity cannot properly be verified, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the prize draw taking place, the relevant prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

9. Awarding the prizes

BL will be responsible for awarding the Travel Prize to you, via your AirAsia Move app. Please see BL’s Travel Prize terms and conditions for more information.

10. Subject to Change

Luno reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, adjust or amend the Promotion at any time.

11. Personal Information

Any personal information provided to Luno for the purposes of the Promotion and Travel Prize (for example name, address, telephone number and email address) will be treated strictly in accordance with Luno’s Privacy Policy. All competition entries that sign-up to Luno and expressly agree to receive marketing, will be entered into a Luno marketing email database for Luno specific emails

12. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and any disputes arising from the Promotion or Travel Prize shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
