Personal Data Protection Notice & Consent

1. Collection of Personal Data
By registering for and attending LIDAC Kuala Lumpur 2026 ("the Event"), organised by Luno Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you acknowledge that Luno may collect and process personal data you provide, including your name, contact details, employer/job title, dietary or accessibility requirements, and any information submitted during registration or at the Event.

2. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed for purposes including: (a) registration, access management, and Event administration; (b) communicating logistics and Event-related updates; (c) health, safety, and security at the venue; (d) compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations; and (e) where you have consented, marketing communications about Luno products and future events.

3. Disclosure
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties engaged for the Event, such as the venue operator, caterers, security providers, and technology or badge-printing vendors, and to Luno group entities and regulators where required by law. These parties are engaged under obligations of confidentiality and data protection.

4. Photography, Video & Recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used by Luno for promotional, editorial, and internal purposes across Luno channels. If you do not consent, please notify the organisers at [email protected] before or at the Event.

5. Retention
Personal data collected for this Event is retained in accordance with Luno’s data retention standards. General campaign records are retained for up to 3 years, while mailing lists and survey responses are retained for 1 year. Personal data is de-identified within 6 months of the Event, and all data is securely deleted or anonymised upon the expiry of the applicable retention period.

6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent (including for marketing communications)at any time. You may exercise these rights by contacting [email protected]. Please be aware that withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide you with full access to the Event or related administrative services to you.

7. Consent
By proceeding with registration, you confirm you have read and understood this Notice and our Luno Data Protection Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described.
